Bridal Expo Carbon Laser Peel Giveaway

1. Sponsor

Medlin Aesthetic Medicine PLLC d/b/a Peninsula Aesthetic Medicine, 12551 Jefferson Ave STE 187, Newport News, VA 23602, (757) 586-4575 (“Sponsor”). This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Showbride or by any venue, and they are released from all liability in connection with it.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Owners and employees of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

3. Drawings and entry periods

Each expo is a separate drawing with its own entry period. All times are Eastern.

Additional expos will be added to this table before their entry periods open. An entry counts only for the drawing whose entry period it was received in.

4. How to enter

During an entry period, scan the QR code at Sponsor’s booth or visit peninsula-aesthetics.com/bridal, complete the entry form, and agree to these rules and to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe from Sponsor’s emails at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing after you enter does not affect your entry. Limit one entry per person and per email address for each drawing. Entries generated by script, bot or other automated means, or made with multiple or fictitious email addresses, are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

5. Prize

Each winner receives one (1) carbon laser peel treatment at Sponsor’s Newport News office, approximate retail value $300, delivered as a promotional certificate. Total approximate retail value per drawing equals $300 multiplied by the number of winners shown above. The certificate must be redeemed within 180 days of the date the winner is notified, after which it expires. It has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers.

Medical candidacy. The prize is a medical aesthetic treatment. It is provided only if Sponsor’s licensed clinician determines, at a free consultation and examination, that it is appropriate for the winner. Common reasons to delay or decline include pregnancy or breastfeeding, recent isotretinoin use, an active skin infection or cold sore, a recent tan, or certain medications and conditions. If the winner is not a candidate, Sponsor will offer a different service of equal or lesser retail value chosen at the clinician’s discretion, or extend the redemption period while a temporary reason resolves. Sponsor never provides a treatment that its clinician believes is not appropriate, and no other substitution is available.

Winners are responsible for any taxes and for travel to and from Sponsor’s office. Treatment is subject to Sponsor’s standard consent forms and policies, including its appointment policies.

6. Winner selection and notification

Winners are selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the drawing’s entry period, conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners are notified by email, and by phone if a mobile number was provided, within three days of the drawing. A winner who does not respond within five days of the first notification attempt forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner is drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Privacy and publicity

Information you submit is used to administer this giveaway, to contact winners, and to send you Sponsor’s marketing emails, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not sell your information and does not send text messages from this form. Because the prize is a health care service, Sponsor will not publish a winner’s name, photograph or treatment results unless the winner signs a separate written authorization, which is never a condition of receiving the prize.

8. General conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify a drawing if fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond its control impairs its fairness or integrity, and in that case may award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the problem. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for network, server or device failures. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and release Sponsor and its owners and staff from liability for any claim arising from participation in the giveaway, except for claims arising from the medical treatment itself, which are governed by the law that applies to medical care. These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

9. Winners list

For the first names and last initials of winners, email [email protected] or write to Sponsor at the address above within 60 days of the drawing, with the subject “Bridal giveaway winners.”
