Injectables in Newport News.
Neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers, and autologous PRP — dosed and placed by a board-certified nurse practitioner. Conservative by default, planned in twelve-month arcs rather than single visits. All of it happens in one treatment room off the Jefferson Avenue shopping-center lot in Oyster Point, Newport News.
Neuromodulators
Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, and Jeuveau for expression lines and selected muscular concerns — forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet, masseter reduction, neck bands, and hyperhidrosis. Dosed for a result that still moves.
A limited-time price of $450 covers the frown lines, forehead, and crow’s feet treated together with Letybo, up to 70 units, and applies to Letybo only. Further units are $9 each under this offer, against our regular $11. The price is conditional on signing a photo consent for before-and-after photographs; without photo consent the same three areas are treated at our regular per-unit prices, and declining photographs is a normal choice that changes nothing else about your care. The offer runs through December 31, 2026, or until the first 50 patients have taken it, whichever comes first. It is one price per session, with a review at 14 days for first-time patients. Full terms are on the offer page, and our per-unit prices on the Botox and neuromodulators page.
Botox in detail →Dermal Fillers
Hyaluronic acid filler for lips, cheeks, chin, and jawline. Ultrasound-guided placement is available for precision and safety in complex areas. We build structure gradually rather than chasing volume in a single sitting.
When filler needs to come out — migrated, overfilled, or simply not what you wanted — we dissolve it under ultrasound guidance with the Clarius L20, a high-frequency handheld ultrasound. It lets us see the filler and the vessels around it rather than working blind.
If you’re researching dermal filler for facial balancing, that page explains how we plan whole-face work. How the major brands compare, what each gel is built for, and our published per-syringe pricing are on the dermal fillers page.
What it addresses
- Lip definition and hydration — and the lip flip, which is not the same thing
- Cheek and midface support
- Chin projection and jawline contour
- Volume loss that reads as tiredness
PRP Therapy
Platelet-rich plasma — your own plasma, drawn and centrifuged on-site — for facial rejuvenation, under-eye treatment, and hair restoration. Combined with microneedling or laser where it makes sense. It works the way biology works — gradually, over a series — and we’ll tell you upfront that it’s a slow build, not a reveal. It’s the in-office answer we reach for in place of marketed “stem cell” and exosome products.
What it addresses
- Under-eye thinning, vascular shadow, and surface texture
- Overall skin quality, paired with microneedling
- Early-to-moderate hair thinning
Questions
What’s the difference between neuromodulators and dermal filler?
Neuromodulators relax the muscles that create expression lines. Fillers add volume — to lips, cheeks, chin, or jawline. Many plans use neither, one, or both; that’s a consultation conversation.
How long do results last?
Neuromodulator results typically last three to four months. Hyaluronic acid filler lasts roughly six to eighteen months depending on the product and area. PRP builds gradually over a series.
Will I look overdone?
Not here. We dose conservatively and plan for a natural result — we’d rather you return for a small adjustment than start with too much. Nobody around you should be able to name what changed. That’s the standard.
