Injectables.

Neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers, and autologous PRP — dosed and placed by a board-certified nurse practitioner. Conservative by default, planned in twelve-month arcs rather than single visits.

Neuromodulators

Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, and Jeuveau for expression lines and selected muscular concerns — forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet, masseter reduction, neck bands, and hyperhidrosis. Dosed for a result that still moves.

Dermal Fillers

Hyaluronic acid filler for lips, cheeks, chin, and jawline. Ultrasound-guided placement is available for precision and safety in complex areas. We build structure gradually rather than chasing volume in a single sitting.

When filler needs to come out — migrated, overfilled, or simply not what you wanted — we dissolve it under ultrasound guidance with the Clarius L20, a high-frequency handheld ultrasound. It lets us see the filler and the vessels around it rather than working blind.

What it addresses

  • Lip definition and hydration
  • Cheek and midface support
  • Chin projection and jawline contour
  • Volume loss that reads as tiredness

PRP Therapy

Platelet-rich plasma — your own plasma, drawn and centrifuged on-site — for facial rejuvenation, under-eye treatment, and hair restoration. Combined with microneedling or laser where it makes sense. It works gradually, over a series, and it’s the in-office answer we reach for in place of marketed “stem cell” and exosome products.

What it addresses

  • Under-eye thinning, vascular shadow, and surface texture
  • Overall skin quality, paired with microneedling
  • Early-to-moderate hair thinning

Questions

What’s the difference between neuromodulators and dermal filler?

Neuromodulators relax the muscles that create expression lines. Fillers add volume — to lips, cheeks, chin, or jawline. Many plans use neither, one, or both; that’s a consultation conversation.

How long do results last?

Neuromodulator results typically last three to four months. Hyaluronic acid filler lasts roughly six to eighteen months depending on the product and area. PRP builds gradually over a series.

Will I look overdone?

Not here. We dose conservatively and plan for a natural result — we’d rather you return for a small adjustment than start with too much.
