Privacy

Plainly: what we collect when you join the founding list, why, and how to remove yourself. This page covers the website only — clinical privacy practices will be provided in writing when the practice opens.

What we collect

When you join the founding list, we collect the email address you submit and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. Our hosting provider records standard technical request logs (such as IP address and timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

We use your email and name for one purpose: to contact you about the practice opening, the founding-patient offer, and — once we open — appointment availability. We will not send unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Your contact details are stored with Brevo, the email service we use to manage the list, and they process the data on our behalf. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone except these service providers as needed to operate the list.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to remove them, or until the founding list is no longer active. You can leave at any time.

We will update this page if our practices change, and we will revise the “last reviewed” date above when we do.
