Treatments in Newport News.
Everything below is available here — in one room inside Phenix Salon Suites, STE 187 on Jefferson Avenue in Oyster Point, Newport News. What’s right for you is a much shorter list — finding it is what the free consultation is for. Each category links to a fuller account of how we approach it. We do not offer traditional facials; what we do instead, and where a facial stops, is its own page.
Two things people usually want before the list: the questions we’re asked most — what a first visit looks like, how payment works, how much downtime to plan for — and, if you’re a man weighing where to start, aesthetic medicine for men.
Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, and Jeuveau — dosed and placed by the provider. Forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet, masseter reduction, neck, and hyperhidrosis.
Hyaluronic acid filler for lips, cheeks, chin, and jawline, priced by the syringe and published product by product. Ultrasound-guided placement in higher-risk areas, and reversible by design.
Dermal filler planned for the whole face rather than one line at a time — structural support first, refinement after, staged across twelve months.
Platelet-rich plasma for facial rejuvenation, under-eye treatment, and hair restoration. Drawn and centrifuged on-site. Combined with microneedling or laser as indicated.
Intense pulsed light for sun damage, age spots, rosacea, and diffuse redness. Four filter configurations for targeted treatment by wavelength.
Erbium YAG ablative resurfacing for texture, fine lines, and photodamage. Light peel through full-field resurfacing, with the depth targeted to your goals and needs. Provider-only procedure.
IPL for sun spots on the backs of the hands, with light Er:YAG resurfacing when the texture needs more than a pigment tool can give.
Long-pulse Nd:YAG for facial telangiectasias, leg spider veins, cherry angiomata, and the vascular component of rosacea.
IPL for diffuse background redness and vascular laser for individual vessels — the part of rosacea that creams can’t close. Honest about what needs prescription therapy instead.
Long-pulse Nd:YAG for leg spider veins — no needles, no injected chemicals. When veins need sclerotherapy or a vein specialist, we say so.
Q-switched Nd:YAG at 1064 and 532 nm for sun spots, laser toning, deep dermal pigmentation, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Er:YAG treatment of evaluated, discrete AKs — dermatoscope first, and a dermatology referral whenever the exam says that’s the safer road.
Multi-wavelength Q-switched removal for dark, warm, and multi-color ink. Honest color-by-color assessment before you commit.
810 nm diode for most skin types. Face, underarms, bikini, and body. Good Faith Examination required prior to first treatment.
A carbon suspension drawn into the pores, then passed with the Nd:YAG laser. Pore refinement and a clean surface, no downtime. Also known as the Hollywood facial.
Onychomycosis. The diagnosis is confirmed by laboratory test first, because about half of thickened nails are not fungal. Where laser is used it is 1064 nm Nd:YAG, off-label, with oral terbinafine named as the more effective option. $150 a session, consultation free.
Rohrer PiXel8-RF. Needles deliver radiofrequency into the dermis for laxity, texture, and atrophic scarring, with insulated or non-insulated tips chosen for the depth and the area — a lower pigment risk than ablative resurfacing.
Dermapen 4 fractional treatment for texture, tone, enlarged pores, and scarring. Combined with PRP where clinically indicated.
Scalp microneedling with PRP for pattern thinning — labs first to learn why you’re shedding, prescription therapy where indicated, honest expectations throughout.
Multi-modality protocols — Er:YAG resurfacing, RF microneedling, microneedling and PRP — sequenced to the scar type, for atrophic acne scars, surgical scars, and traumatic scars.
Five different things cause dark circles and filler only fixes one of them. We identify which you have before we treat — laser, microneedling, PRP, or midface support.
Neuromodulator treatment for excessive sweating. Axillary, palmar, plantar, and craniofacial sites.
Razor bumps. Dermatoscopic evaluation first, then technique and topicals; where those fall short, hair reduction with the 810nm diode on the beard and neck. $300 a session, consultation free.
Treatment availability is subject to clinical appropriateness determined at consultation. Not all services are available to every patient. This list does not constitute a recommendation or treatment plan.
