$450 covers three upper-face areas treated together in one session with Letybo: the frown lines between the brows (the glabella), the forehead, and the crow’s feet. The price includes up to 70 units of Letybo across those three areas. Units beyond 70 are $9 each for as long as the offer runs, against our regular $11 per unit.

It is a promotion rather than our standing price, and it is conditional on signing a photo consent for before-and-after photographs. It runs through December 31, 2026, or until the first 50 patients have taken it, whichever comes first. It is one price per session — not a course, not a package, and not a credit that carries to a later visit.

Whether all three areas are appropriate for you is still a clinical decision, made at the consultation rather than at booking. Consultations are free. If one of the three is not right for you, we will say so, and we will price what we do treat by the unit.

If you arrived here expecting $450 of Botox, read this part before you book. The $450 price applies to Letybo and to nothing else. It does not apply to Botox, and it does not apply to Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify or Jeuveau; a visit using any of those is priced in the ordinary way, by the unit — Botox at $14 per unit, and the others quoted at your consultation.

Letybo (letibotulinumtoxinA) is a botulinum toxin type A, approved by the FDA in 2024 for the frown lines between the brows. We dose it one to one with Botox, so for the same number of units it is the lower-cost of the two. Which product we would use for your areas, and why, is part of the consultation — and if Letybo is not the right choice for you, then neither is this offer, and we will tell you so rather than steer you into the price.

The $450 price is conditional on signing a photo consent for before-and-after photographs. That is the exchange being made, and it is stated plainly rather than buried: the lower price is in return for permission to photograph the result. The consent form sets out what you are agreeing to, and you read it before anything is injected.

Declining is a normal choice, not a forfeit. The same three areas are treated without photo consent at our regular per-unit price of $11, and declining photographs changes nothing else about your care — not the product, not the dose, not the time taken over the appointment, and not the review at about 14 days.

The frown lines between the brows. The vertical creases — the “11s” — carved by the muscles that pull the brows together and down. This is the area Letybo is approved for, and usually the largest share of the dose.

The forehead. The horizontal lines drawn by the single broad muscle that lifts the brows. It is the area that takes the smallest dose of the three and the one where restraint matters most, because that same muscle is what holds the brow up.

The crow’s feet. The fanned lines at the outer corners of the eyes, from the muscle that closes the eyelids. Dosed per side, and the area most people notice first in photographs.

These three are treated together because they work against each other. The muscles that lower the brow and the muscle that raises it are in a standing tug-of-war, and relaxing one side of it without accounting for the other is how a treated forehead ends up looking heavy, or a treated glabella ends up recruiting the forehead harder than before. Treating the upper third as one unit lets the dose be balanced across the pull and the lift instead of area by area. It also means one appointment, one set of needles, and one recovery of a few days rather than three separate visits.

Priced by the unit instead, those three areas come to more than $450 at every dose in the ranges we publish. The lowest typical combined dose is 42 units — 20 in the frown lines, 16 across both crow’s feet, and 6 in the forehead — which is $462 of Letybo at $11 per unit. Above that the gap widens, and past 70 units the $9 rate keeps most of it.

At 75 units the visit is $450 plus five units at $9, which is $495. The doses in that table are illustrations drawn from our published ranges, not a quote for you; where your dose lands depends on the area, on how strong the muscles are, and on how you have responded before. What the offer does not do is decide the dose. We agree the number of units and the total before anything is injected, and the dose is chosen for your muscles rather than to reach a price.

It suits someone who wants all three upper-face areas treated in the same session, whose lines show mostly on movement, who is comfortable being photographed before and after, and who would rather know the number before the appointment than after it. It suits a first neuromodulator treatment well, because the three areas together are where most people are looking when they say they look tired.

It does not suit someone who wants one area only — a single area is priced by the unit and comes to less than $450 at every dose in our published ranges, so the offer would cost you money rather than save it. It does not suit someone who would rather not be photographed; that is what the regular per-unit price is for. And it will not do the work of a different treatment: lines etched into the skin at rest are softened by a neuromodulator, not erased, and deeper texture is a question for microneedling or resurfacing instead.

Whether a botulinum toxin is appropriate for you at all — on your history, your medications, and what you are taking it for — is a medical decision made at the consultation with a nurse practitioner. That conversation, not this page, is where it is settled.

The visit is short. It starts with the consultation, which is free: your goals, your history, and an honest read on what the treatment will and will not do for your face. Then the areas and the number of units are agreed and written down, the photo consent is read and signed if you are taking the offer, the photographs are taken, and the injections follow — very fine needles, a brief pinch each, no downtime afterwards. Results begin in a few days and settle over about two weeks.

First-time patients are booked a review at about 14 days, when the result has settled and there is something real to judge. The point of it is to adjust rather than to overcorrect: it is easier to add a small amount to a dose that left more movement than you wanted than to wait out one that took too much. It is one price per session, and if the review calls for an adjustment you will have the number of units and the total before anything is injected — the same way every visit here works.
